Putting this issue of inSpirit Magazine       together has been an interesting experience, one well worth sharing with you. Each edition seems to have its own energy and evolve into a life of its own. Back in Feb/Mar the committee knew that this edition would be about Living Your Spirit. We, personally live our own lives with this as a mantra and are huge fans of Sonia Choquette.

                  When we were planning this issue, we of course knew who better to interview and grace our cover than the Living Your Spirit expert, Sonia        Choquette. There was a time during the planning when we weren't sure as to whether or not our  interview would be granted.

                      So we decided to back ourselves and manifest it. We created a mock up cover page with Sonia on it, and decided to not even entertain the idea of a Plan B. Well, our faith paid off and we are delighted to be able to bring you her wonderful interview. She has so much to give and is always inspiring. I hope you gain from reading it.

                      Also, in this issue is another interview with Janice Ervin. Living her Spirit and following her passion has lead Janice to work with people affected by grief and helping them to find a way out of that.

                      We've included some articles on Bringing Peace into your world, Getting back to basics and Overcoming Fear. These are all designed to help you, help yourself in some small way. And remember, that should our efforts lighten your day, we'd love to hear from you. However small or insignificant your thoughts may be.
